Project model Lips

The model has been specifically created for the educational environment and includes rules, instructions, and templates to ease the process of project management.

The model is scalable and can be applied to project courses with differing levels of complexity. It is particularly suitable for final year projects, but may just as well be applied from first year undergraduate to small industrial projects.

The LIPS model was created by Tomas Svensson and Christian Krysander of Linköping University, Sweden. Both authors have several years of project management experience in industry and higher-level education.
